By submitting a booking request and when tendering a shipment for transport by DHL Aviation, the tendering agent confirms: 

1. The shipment does not contain controlled military items. Controlled military items includes items subject to the International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 600 Series items (export and re-export) or military items subject to national export controls. It is the legal responsibility of the shipper to determine whether the shipment contains controlled military items.
2. All classes of Restricted or Dangerous Goods have been declared to, and approved for transport, by DHL Aviation.
