Unfortunately due to operational constraints we are temporarily suspending the acceptance of Live Animal (AVI) shipments to Casablanca (CMN) on our CDG to CMN sector. This is until further notice but we will be monitoring the situation carefully and will update you when the situation changes.

UPDATE: Temporary Suspension of Import Cargo at Paris, France (CDG)
 

Dear Customers / Business Partners

As per our Service Update on the 8th November, due to unprecedented cargo handling congestion at CDG Airport, we have been forced to suspend our import services. We have been monitoring our Cargo handling service levels over the past few weeks and unfortunately we need to extend the suspension until the end of the year. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully during the course of the next few weeks and a status update will be issued by Monday, 3rd January 2022.

Change to Our Import Handling in Leipzig, Germany (LEJ)

Please be advised that effective Wednesday, 1st December 2021 all import shipments arriving in Leipzig (LEJ) will be transferred over to Georgi Handling LEJ for customer collection. This is until further notice and customers will no longer be able to collect from our DHL Hub Leipzig GmbH facility.
