Paris, CDG Hub Back Open for Radioactive Imports
 

Dear Customers / Business Partners

After a temporary closure we are pleased to announce that our CDG Hub is now back open
for inbound Radioactive shipments (RRY).

Please note the following conditions:

• Consignees/Agents must be present and ready to collect their shipments at the time of flight arrival in CDG, as due to ASN regulations the aim is not to store any RRY shipments in our CDG facility.
• During the time the RRY shipments are being processed through our CDG Hub, the customer/agent should collect their NOTOD from the Guardhouse and allow our Dangerous Goods team to perform a physical check of their vehicle.

NETWORK ALERT

Due to the current airspace restrictions and the complexity of our global air network we have to suspend all sales to the Middle East and Asia Pacific with immediate effect.
Our Capacity Management team is working hard to rebook all shipments we currently have on hand in our network, whilst our Network Planning team is putting all efforts into re-planning and re-scheduling our flights to these regions.

Temporary Suspension of Live Animals to Casablanca (CMN)

Unfortunately due to operational constraints we are temporarily suspending the acceptance of Live Animal (AVI) shipments to Casablanca (CMN) on our CDG to CMN sector. This is until further notice but we will be monitoring the situation carefully and will update you when the situation changes.

UPDATE: Temporary Suspension of Import Cargo at Paris, France (CDG)
 

Dear Customers / Business Partners

As per our Service Update on the 8th November, due to unprecedented cargo handling congestion at CDG Airport, we have been forced to suspend our import services. We have been monitoring our Cargo handling service levels over the past few weeks and unfortunately we need to extend the suspension until the end of the year. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully during the course of the next few weeks and a status update will be issued by Monday, 3rd January 2022.
