Temporary Ban on all VIVO Electronic Devices

On the 11^th April 2021, an Hong Kong Air Cargo pallet loaded with smartphones caught fire at Hong Kong International Airport. Following this incident, with immediate effect, DHL Express will not accept or carry VIVO electronic devices anywhere in the Network until further notice.

Please communicate this temporary ban information to your customers as appropriate, and do not accept any booking requests which may contain such items.
