At DHL Aviation the safety and security of our people, partners, customers, and shipments remain our highest priority.

Due to the current and ongoing situation, DHL Aviation cargo services to the Middle East are temporarily suspended.

Please note that any shipments that were booked to be delivered have been cancelled in our booking system (CMS) and should not be delivered.

We would ask you to proactively check the status of current shipments using our track and trace tool. Our Ops teams are ensuring all shipment checkpoints are up to date.

Operations will resume as soon as conditions allow, and we are confident that we can maintain the safety, reliability, and service standards you expect from us.

This decision has not been taken lightly as we understand the impact this may have on your supply chains and commercial commitments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period.
